Power Mac Upgrade


I ordered a new Power Mac today!

I've been eyeing the Power Mac G5 for a while now and I finally took the plunge today and ordered one from the Apple Store. My ~5 year old G4 has been feeling its age lately, and it seemed to get even more sluggish just after I hit the Place Order button for the G5. The G4 is 500 MHz processor, with 512 MB. The new G5, dual 2.5 GHz cpu with 2 GB of memory. Can't wait for it to get here, hopefully next week.
